NY⇄東京の架け橋を担うPACIFIC MODEが、現行エレクトロニックミュージックで最先端かつ究極のカタルシスとパーソナルな電子音楽体験へ誘うトリオPurelinkの初来日公演を開催。共演に日本の至宝、石橋英子、ジム・オルーク、山本達久のトリオ Kafka's Ibiki｜カフカ鼾が貴重な"All Electric Set"で迎える。

シカゴ発、NYはブルックリン拠点のPurelinkは、現代ベースミュージックのリズミカルな奥行きと緻密なサウンドデザイン、重厚に響くサブベースやダブの揺らぎ、さらには流動的な音のレイヤーとテクスチャー豊かなアンビエントを特徴とするクラシックなチルアウトIDMまで、その幅広い音楽性で世界中にコアなファンを築いている。昨年"Peak Oil"よりリリースされたLP 『Faith』では、Loraine Jamesのボーカル、Angelina Nonajによるスポークンワードをフィーチャーし、彼らのシグネチャー・サウンドに新たな解釈を提示する作品となっている。
Pitchfork、Resident Advisor、FADER、Crack Magazineなど数多くのメディアにフィーチャーされているトリオのライブを、今、体感してほしい。

2マンライブの共演には日本の至宝、石橋英子、ジム・オルーク、山本達久によるバンド、カフカ鼾が今回はスペシャルなAll Electric Setで登場する。三位一体トリオによる極上かつ、貴重な即興ライブをお見逃しなく。

Bridging New York and Tokyo, PACIFIC MODE presents the Tokyo debut of the trailblazing
electronic trio Purelink, inviting audiences on a journey to cutting-edge catharsis and deeply
personal electronic soundscapes.

Hailing from Chicago and now based in Brooklyn, Purelink has captivated fans worldwide with
their genre-defying sound--spanning the rhythmic depth of modern bass music, intricate sound
design, powerful sub-bass and dub textures, fluid sonic layers, and richly textured ambient, as
well as classic chill-out IDM. Their latest LP, 'Faith' (released last year on "Peak Oil"), features
Loraine James on vocals and spoken word by Angelina Nonaj, offering a fresh reinterpretation of
their signature sound. Featured in leading music media such as Pitchfork, Resident Advisor,
FADER, and Crack Magazine, Purelink's live performance promises an unmissable experience.

Sharing the stage is Japan's musical treasure Kafka's Ibiki, the collaborative band of Eiko
Ishibashi, Jim O'Rourke, and Tatsuhisa Yamamoto, performing a special all electric set. Fans
can expect a rare and exquisite improvised performance from the ensemble.
