時代の評価軸を静かにすり抜けながら、現在進行形で更新を続ける孤高の電子音楽家【Shinichi Atobe】。
セルフ・レーベルPlastic & Soundsから初となるアルバム「Silent Way」を3月27日にリリース。
5/18(月) WWWにて二部構成のリリースライブの開催が決定。

「Silent Way」は、ディープハウスとダブテクノのスペクトラムを、彼ならではの濃密でパーソナルなテーマの中に落とし込み"長尺作品"としての評価をさらに確固たるものにしている。
しなやかで官能的なハウスの最も純粋な流れと催眠的なテクノを軸に、霞がかったアンビエントやビートダウン調のグルーヴが巧みに差し込まれ、彼特有の空力的なグルーヴ感と、移ろいやすくもざらついたテクスチャーの融合を絶妙に中和する全10曲69分に及ぶ現在地となる。

本公演では、新作「Silent Way」のライブセットに加え、Minna-no-Kimochi x WWWで開催されたニューイヤー・パーティーでエクスクルーシブで披露された不朽のクラシック「Heat」のライブセットが再演される。

Eluding the shifting metrics of each era, yet continuing to evolve in real time, the solitary electronic music auteur Shinichi Atobe returns.

His first full-length album on his self-run label Plastic & Sounds, "Silent Way", will be released on March 27. A special two-part release live show has also been confirmed for May 18 (Mon) at WWW .

"Silent Way" further solidifies Atobe's reputation for long-form works, distilling the spectrum of deep house and dub techno into a richly personal and immersive framework.

Built upon the purest flow of supple, sensual house and hypnotic techno, the album is subtly interwoven with hazy ambient passages and beatdown grooves. These elements delicately balance his signature aerodynamic sense of rhythm with a fusion of mercurial and textured grit.

Spanning 10 tracks and 69 minutes, the album stands as a definitive statement of his current sonic trajectory.

At this performance, alongside a live set based on his new album "Silent Way," Atobe will also reprise a live set of his timeless classic "Heat," originally performed as an exclusive showcase at the Minna-no-Kimochi x WWW New Year's party.

埼玉を拠点に活動する電子音楽家。
ダブ・テクノ、その後の00年代の一大潮流"ミニマル"にまで至る90年代のカルト・レーベルBasic Channel傘下のChain Reactionからリリースされた12インチ「Ship-Scope」（2001年）でデビューを果たす。その10年後となる2010年代初頭、マンチェスターのデュオDemdike Stareの働きかけによりレーベルDDSから初のフル・アルバム「Butterfly Effect」（2014年）をリリース。
それ以来同レーベルからコンスタントに「World」（2016年）、「From The Heart, It's A Start, A Work of Art」（2017年）、「Heat」（2018年）、「Yes」（2020年）、「Love of Plastic」（2022年）、「Discipline」、EP「Ongaku 1」（2024年）をリリース。クラブオーディエンスだけでなく多くの音楽リスナーを獲得し、多様な音楽媒体からも定評を受けている。

伝説化されたChain Reactionからのデビュー、DDSからのリリースをきっかけに世界に知れ渡ることになるものの、謎めいた稀有な存在として注目をされ続けている。
2025年には自身のプライベート・レーベル【Plastic & Sounds】を設立。2枚のEPをリリースした後に2026年3月27日、Plastic & Soundsよりアルバム「Silent Way」をリリース。

He made his debut with the 12-inch "Ship-Scope" (2001) released on Chain Reaction, a sub label of Basic Channel, a 90s cult label leading to dub techno and then the "minimal" trend of the 00s. A decade later, in early 2010s, he released his first full-length album, "Butterfly Effect" (2014) on DDS label by lobbying of Manchester duo Demdike Stare.
Since then, he has consistently released "World" (2016), "From The Heart, It's a Start, a Work of Art" (2017), "Heat" (2018), "Yes" (2020), "Love of Plastic" (2022), "Discipline" and the EP 'Ongaku 1' (2024). He has garnered a large number of music listeners as well as club audiences and has received acclaim from various music media.

Although his debut on the legendary Chain Reaction and his releases on DDS have brought him to the attention of the world, he has remained an enigmatic and rare entity.
In 2025, he established his own private label, "Plastic & Sounds" . On 27 March 2026, the album 'Silent Way' is scheduled for release via Plastic & Sounds.
